These Terms govern your use of invo, operated by Nexinfotech. They're written to be read — no dense legalese, just clear rules that keep the platform safe and useful for everyone.
By accessing or using invo (the "Service"), registering an account, or generating any invoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexinfotech ("we", "us", "our").
invo is a web-based tool that helps businesses in India create GST-compliant Tax and Proforma invoices, with automated IGST/CGST/SGST calculations, PDF generation, and email delivery.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use the Service. Accounts created by minors will be terminated.
invo is currently offered completely free, including the free-forever plan of up to 100 invoices per month, GST automation, PDF generation, and email delivery.
We may introduce paid features or plans in the future. If we do, existing free-plan users will receive advance notice by email, and this page will be updated with applicable billing and refund provisions before any payment is accepted. Until then, no payment information is collected or stored.
You agree not to use invo for or in connection with:
You are solely responsible for the correctness of GSTINs, HSN/SAC codes, amounts, and every other field in the invoices you generate.
You own your data. All invoices, client records, product catalogs, logos, and business information you create in invo remain your exclusive property. Nexinfotech claims no ownership over them.
You grant us a limited, revocable license to store and process your data solely to operate the Service for you. We do not access your invoices except to provide support at your request or as required by law.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which triggers permanent erasure of your associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The invo name, logo, interface, code, and all related branding are the property of Nexinfotech and are protected by applicable Indian and international laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service itself.
Your logos and business content remain yours (see Section 7).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Nexinfotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — which, on the currently free plan, is ₹0. This is precisely why we urge you to export PDF copies of important invoices.
We may revise these Terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date always reflects the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
